Las Americas 2: Jeudi/ Thursday 29.03.2012

Inés a invité Jens à donner un speech à l’Université. C’est aujourd’hui à 10 h 30 et je vais y assister.

Je pars donc en vélo pour l’INPRES. Il faut prendre San Martin vers l’ouest, passer sous la circonvalación et continuer un peu. J’y suis à 10 h. Rodolfo me fait visiter l’INPRES. Puis Inés nous emmène, Jens et moi, en voiture à l’Université.

Les étudiants arrivent et s’installent dans la salle, une salle de classe normale, bien pleine. Et un chien rentre aussi !

Speech intéressant. Mario A. vient y assister. Et c’est lui qui nous ramène à l’INPRES. Je fais une photo d’un « Palo borracho » dans le jardin, un grand arbre aux fleurs roses, magnifiques.

Je rentre à l’hôtel et fais mes 600 m dans la piscine.

Lunch,journal et blog.

Jens rentre et nous allons nager. Je fais encore 600 m, donc 1200 m dans la journée. Jens nage juste un peu, il a froid.

Nous dinons tôt car nous allons au tango ce soir. Et en y allant, nous passons à la bibliothèque rendre mes livres (que je n’ai pas lus !). Nous y arrivons à 8 h 25 et elle ferme à 8 h 30. C’est que nous sommes allés un peu trop loin sur 25 de Mayo et il faut revenir un peu sur Laprida.

Puis nous allons acheter nos billets de bus pour dimanche.

Tango un peu difficile aujourd’hui. On a un peu oublié et on a du mal à suivre la musique.

Gerardo veut danser avec moi à la despedida ! Oh la, la !
On fait des photos, mais ce n'est pas très naturel, on pose!

Le pot après est, comme toujours sympa. Nous rentrons tard.

Inés invited Jens to give a speech at the University. It is today at 10:30 am and I will attend. So I start cycling for INPRES. I take San Martin to the west, passing under the circonvalación and continue a bit. I'm there at 10 am. Rodolfo shows me around the INPRES. Inés then drives us, Jens and me, to the University. Students arrive and settle in the room, a regular classroom, full. And a dog comes too!
Interesting speech. Mario A. attends too. And he brings us back to the INPRES. I make a picture of a "Palo borracho" in the garden, a large tree with pink flowers, beautiful.
I return to the hotel and do my 600 m in the pool.
Lunch, newspaper and blog.
Jens comes and we go swimming. I do another 600 m, total 1200 m in the day. Jens swims just a little, he is cold. We dine early because we go to tango tonight. And on the way, we go to the library to bring back my books (I have not read them!). We get there at 8:25 pm and it closes at 8:30 pm. It is because we went too far on 25 de Mayo and we must go back a bit on Laprida.
